Spring Pick and Arrange

Spring has arrived in the garden in full, glorious colour. Come wander the beds and snip your own armful of blooms, then I'll demonstrate how to bring it all together into a beautiful arrangement. You'll leave with your own vase full of flowers - and the confidence to it again at home. Secateurs provided, dirty fingernails guaranteed.

**PLEASE NOTE: Dahlias won't be in bloom for this workshop**

What to expect:

Come and pick your own flowers - larkspur, lace flowers, scabiosa, butterfly ranunculus, ranunculus, roses, irises and zinnias. 

What should you bring?

A bucket and secateurs are provided (you'll take home a vase with your flowers and return the bucket and secateurs). Please bring a hat and your bottle of water. Sensible shoes recommended. We are home to many happy creatures for this reason please note that no dogs are allowed.

• The price above includes picking of one bucket of blooms, a hands-on workshop and demonstration and an arrangement you have made, in a vase, for you to take home. Should you have questions, please read our T's and C's below.
• You'll receive an e-mail the week of your chosen date with everything you need to know (how to find us, where to park, what to bring etc.)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Please note that the ticket is non-refundable, however, if you're unable to attend after booking, the ticket is transferable.
• Attendees understand and agree that they may be photographed during the event and that the images may be used for future promotion.
  
• While we have allowed younger children to attend our workshops and Pick Your Owns in the past, our current approach has shifted based on our experience hosting these events. The flower picking sessions are very hands-on and take place across a working farm environment, with open water, animals and other farm hazards, and we've found that this environment can be quite challenging for younger children to fully enjoy - particularly in warmer weather. For this reason, and to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we now generally recommend our workshops and Pick Your Own sessions for ages 12 and up. With each child, aged 12 and over, requiring their own ticket.
• We kindly ask that only guests who have purchased tickets attend the workshop. We understand that some attendees may have mobility issues, and in these cases, with prior arrangement, we are very happy for a support person to join them to assist with picking. Outside of this, we're unfortunately unable to accommodate additional visitors who are not booked.
• Neither Susie Leblond nor Flourish Urban Flower Farm shall be held responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations arising out of or caused, directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, fires, floods, power interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, computer (hardware or software) or communication service, accidents, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events at any point.
• Physical tickets won't be issued. You'll receive an automatic confirmation email when placing your order and we will email you all the details for the workshop in the week of the event. These emails will serve as confirmation of your place.
• Please note: you might be asked for your address as part of our checkout process, but your confirmation e-mail will serve as your ticket - no ticket will be sent to your address (you won't be charged for shipping).
