Join Cherise, a renowned horticulturalist and Susie, an experienced plantswoman as they share unique insights, tips and personal stories from their own gardening journeys.

About Cherise Viljoen:

Cherise Viljoen is a Master Horticulturalist and has more than two decades of experience in the botanical garden and nursery production environments with an extensive knowledge on a wide variety of plants (with a focus on South African indigenous flora). Cherise holds a Master's degree in Horticulture from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and offers a varied range of horticultural services through her business Cherish Plants.

What to expect:

After a brief welcome we'll jump right in - Cherise will share her expertise on topics like soil health, plant selection and sustainable gardening practices. We'll break for tea, coffee and a light refreshment after which Susie will share some practical, hands-on advice on nurturing a thriving garden, gained from her years of personal experience as a dedicated plantswoman. We'll end with a questions and answers session and time for a more informal chat (botanical banter!) over tea.

Experience required:

You do not need any experience to attend and enjoy the workshop. This workshop is perfect for anyone with a passion for gardening, whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out. Come and connect with like-minded enthusiasts, and leave with new ideas and inspiration for your garden.

The workshop will take place in CONSTANTIA, WESTERN CAPE and spots are limited.

• Please note that the workshop fee is non-refundable, however, if you're unable to attend after booking your spot, the ticket is transferable.
• We have a full programme planned for the workshop, please ensure that you arrive promptly so we can maximise our time together.
